CASA NI
Location: San Vito dei Normanni, BR
Status: Built
A 250 sqm country residence by CA SA Studio, immersed in two hectares of Puglian landscape. Conceived as a solid, monolithic volume, the house reveals a softer interior shaped by courtyards, natural light, and tactile materials. Local stone, lime and tuff plaster, handcrafted terrazzo, and reclaimed elements are combined with a restrained contemporary language, creating a warm and understated connection between architecture, interior, and landscape.
The layout is organised around two parallel volumes connected by a fully glazed corridor, with generous living spaces opening onto intimate planted courtyards. A deep portico extends the living areas outdoors, where the pool, reclaimed dry-stone walls, and shaded seating areas reinforce the continuity between house and landscape. Minimal furnishings, natural linen, sculptural stone elements, and a curated collection of art and objects complete the interiors with a quiet, lived-in character.
